We might use Finsa Fibrapan Hidrofugo Plus for a contemporary shaker style door for its strength and moisture-resistance, or ash for a classic painted shaker door. Natural oak is popular for a more traditional design, or high-gloss acrylic for a sleek, minimalist look.
