GBK have provided us two kitchens of exceptional design and quality over the last twenty years.We had to change a gas hob and attendant cabinet work for the instaltion of a electric induction hob. The execution of the work was , from acceptance of quotation to completion was speedily  carried out   and coordinated with the electric modifications to their usual high standards. Having first-hand experience of the quality and craftsmanship of a kitchen from GBK&I, we had no hesitation in asking them to design a kitchen for our new extended space.  We met with Vince, who had designed our first kitchen 16 years ago, and Ricky, at the Polehill Showroom to discuss our project.  The collaborative design process involved several visits to our home, both before the building work took place, to enable us to see samples in situ, and during the building process, to check final measurements.  The final result, expertly installed by Bill, has surpassed our expectations.

This is the second time we have used Great British Kitchens (GBK), the first being 23 years ago. The original kitchen was still in excellent condition, which is a real testament to the quality of their product and workmanship. However, we wanted to modernise the space and completely change the layout.

From the initial design process through to installation the service was excellent. A special thank you to Rick and Vince for their expertise and input during the design process. We also really appreciated them taking the time to meet with the builders before work commenced to discuss the plans and to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible.

A big thank you also to Bill who fitted the kitchen. Nothing fazed him and his advice during installation was invaluable on the little details that matter. Having used GBK before we were confident that our kitchen would be very special and it certainly is. Having built my dream home recently who would I get to do the kitchen, utility and bedrooms? I thought about trying someone else but realised I still love the design and build job these guys did on my current kitchen (12 years ago) and utility (6 years ago) so why go elsewhere? They did not disappoint.  Top design by Lee, once he realised my choice of purple would look great, he steered me towards quality appliances too. Fabulous craftsmanship by Ben and the installers Bill & Jeremy, I couldn’t believe they were the same guys from previous years.  Highly recommend this company. We required a truly bespoke fitted bookcase/wall unit that was specific to our particular needs and found this company to be excellent in delivering a design, construct and quality product. We had a new kitchen fitted 6 years ago, by Great British Kitchens & Interiors, which still looks fantastic.
So we decided to go back to them for under stairs storage.
From the initial design by Jack and Ben to the fitting by Jeremy, the process was so easy, professional and top quality!
We are absolutely delighted with the finish, which has transformed the space and has given us easy accessible beautiful storage.
