Utility rooms are hard working places, but they needn’t be utilitarian in style. We build beautifully designed, bespoke utility rooms that are a joy to use.

About our utility rooms
Often our bespoke, hand-built utility rooms are planned as part of a kitchen installation. Clients take the opportunity to create a seamless flow between the two rooms by tying in the handmade cabinetry.
Equally, these hardworking and useful rooms are somewhere we love to design in their own right. We have created custom furniture and built-in cabinetry for boot rooms with bespoke shoe rack and coat stand, laundry rooms with spacious linen cupboards, and pantries with open shelving.
We can design a bespoke utility room that will work hard for your household, whilst looking beautiful.
Our customers' utility rooms
An airy utility room blending traditional and contemporary styles
We designed this utility room around the existing Belfast sink, combining this original feature with the practicalities of modern design.
The oak cabinets are finished with flat white ‘Manhattan’ style acrylic gloss doors, which give a clean look and help bounce light around the room. A white quartz worktop finishes the design and complements the traditional sink perfectly.
An expansive utility room for all the family to use
Part of our refurbishment of this Dartford home included creating a stylish yet highly practical utility room.
Traditional in-frame doors painted in Farrow & Ball ‘Mouse’s back’ match the kitchen, ensuring a continuity of design through the home.
And it includes one of our favourite finishing touches; personalised laundry cupboards for each of the children to put their dirty clothes in!
A small but perfectly formed utility room in Oxted
A petite utility room made highly practical thanks to open shelving, small sink and cupboard.
The shelves and cabinet are constructed from high quality Egger ‘crème beige’ MFC and finished with a Crema quartz worktop, matching their kitchen design perfectly.
Designed for the rigours of family life
As part of our home refurbishment for these Sidcup clients, we designed a utility room which is perfectly practical in every way.
The design of the room matches the style of their kitchen, with some special finishing touches such as the tambour door giving easy access to the corner cupboard. The addition of a dark grey splashback protects the walls from the messiest of cleaning jobs.
