With the Professional 3.0, BORA have developed the ultimate domestic or commercial kitchen appliance. Combining superior performance with beautiful design, BORA have improved their intuitive functionality to make cooking even more of a pleasure.

Intuitive control knob

BORA have cleverly combined a classic knob design with a touch-operated surface. All functions are easily and intuitively activated by twisting the knob and tapping the central surface.

Automatic extractor cover

The cover flap opens automatically when in use. When switched off, the elegant system is fully closed. Sensor technology prevents items from getting trapped during closure.

Always quiet

Optimal airflow and an extremely low-noise fan mean that there are no distractions when cooking and no interruptions when entertaining.

Oversized cooking zones

Extra-deep 54cm cooktops offer even more room to cook.

BORA have also provided a large surface induction cooking area so that very large pots and roasters can be consistently warmed through.

Simple cleaning

All parts that come into contact with cooking vapours can be easily removed and cleaned in a dishwasher.

Flexible modular system

BORA offers a wide range of cooktops, from induction to gas, to Tepan stainless steel grills. All options can be combined with the extraction system to give ultimate flexibility.
