We are thrilled to announce our merger with bespoke carpentry business, Taylor Design & Build.

With a well-established reputation across Kent, Surrey, London and Essex, Taylor Design & Build bring their wealth of experience and expertise in the highly specialised field of handmade cabinetry.

The breadth of their work encompasses kitchen cabinetry and islands, wardrobes, media units, alcove units, storage solutions, home offices, wine storage, under stair storage, to name but a few.

Merging friendship and experience

One of the most exciting aspects of the merger with Taylor Design & Build is that it feels very much like a natural extension to our family business.

Jack Hone, Kitchen Designer at Great British Kitchens & Interiors has a longstanding friendship with Ben Taylor of Taylor Design & Build, going back to their childhood.

I am excited that Ben will be part of our team. He brings huge carpentry expertise across a broad spectrum of applications.

We’re finding that there is a real trend towards bespoke handmade cabinetry and furniture – clients want something unique, beautifully crafted, and designed for their specific needs.

The merger will bring increased opportunity to focus on delivering exceptional service for our customers.

I will continue to lead the design and retail side of things, whilst working closely with Ben who will bring his knowledge and experience to manage manufacture and installation.
