Great British Kitchens have a great eye for detail and when I mentioned that I was worried about a join on the top, they went out of their way to make sure that I was worrying over nothing. Since meeting Jack at the Showroom in February 2023 he quickly invisaged the picture I had in my head. Good organisation and advanced planning are key with a new kitchen, and not a stone goes unturned with anyone at GBK. The fitters, the joiners are all perfectionists and took a lot of time and repeat visits to make sure everything was perfect - Ben who actually made the kitchen came to see it when all was complete, everyone seemed to care that all was completed to my liking. The superb appliances Jack sourced seamlessly integrate because the kitchen was totally bespoke made to my exact specification...... no gaps, no lumps and bumps, nothing protrudes..... all the cabinetry is made to fit perfectly. When you are lucky enough have something bespoke & individual, it is all about the details. You pay for what you get in this world, and I am incredibly lucky to have the kitchen of my dreams.... they even inscribed "made for Alex" on one of the drawers. Fantastic British Craftsmanship married to slick German Appliances & Tech..... if my kitchen was a car it would be a Bentley!

We first decided on a Great British kitchen over 19 years ago and our experience was one of exceptional service, design and professionalism. When we decided to update our kitchen there was really only one place to go. We are extremely happy with our second Kitchen which we had fitted a few years ago now. Their after care service is as exceptional as the design and installation. We would like to give a huge thanks to Vince & Jack for organising some remedial work on our still beautiful Kitchen which was completed by Jeremy & John with great care and professionalism. We would highly recommend this Company.

Thank you Great British Kitchens for designing, making & fitting the most beautiful kitchen & utility room I could ever dream off. From the moment we stepped into your showroom in Polehill I knew I didn’t want to buy a kitchen from anywhere else. The experience of walking around each kitchen you had on display with all the unique features & designs gave us an absolute thrill. The craftsmanship & finish were of the most top quality. The personal service given by Vince & Jack is the best client service we have ever received. They were amazing and so nice. Their extensive knowledge of kitchens & appliances is off the scale and their skill of designing kitchens amazing. Nothing was too much trouble from coming to the house to measure up to talking through different handles or demonstrating the large range of hobs & appliances. Vince came to the house even when our electrician was here to ensure all the sockets where in the right place. Not only that but we enjoyed our visits to see them & the endless coffees & chats we had. When we agreed on the delivery date of the kitchen & timeframe for fitting we expected it would run over but there were no delays. The fitter & the kitchen arrived on the exact date and was completed within the three weeks given by Vince. Jeremy our kitchen fitter was amazing. So pleased to have someone who cared so much about doing a good job and getting everything just right even down to how the handles were fitted. The finish is perfection true craftsmanship & nothing was too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen which definitely has the wow factor. It has changed our lives as not only does it look beautiful but it is also massively practical & just a joy to be in. It the heart of the home where we loved to be as family. Thank you so much Vince & team we are so grateful & look forward to engaging again for our next project in the house.

we are delighted with our new kitchen with both quality installation time. vince and his team were given many challenges by us and overcame them with value engineering options and an excellent eye for detail all the products recommended have proved to be first class and the bespoke kitchen design/ layout is perfect the few minor post install issues that we had ( mainly caused by us !) were dealt with quickly and efficiently all in all a real professional service from start to finish !

A huge thank you to Vince & his Team at GBK for transforming my kitchen from mediocre to ‘Wow’. The advice Vince gave me to achieve maximum impact from a simple door change & sink modification was so informative & helpful, from selecting the correct door style, colour & even lighting advice, achieving maximum effect. Recently built and fitted master bedroom wardrobes. Great service from initial design right through to installation and a stunning result. Nice people and quality of workmenship cannot be faulted. Would highly recommend.

This is a note of appreciation of the work done by Great British Kitchens and interiors to our kitchen and utility room Vince Hone of GBKI was so understanding and helpful with the plans and the many alterations we made in arriving at a suitable decision We were not pushed into a new fridge dishwasher oven and microwave as they were all used and fitted perfectly into the new kitchen and utility room The work was done on time to the schedule with no additional cost Everything is now just perfect and much admired by neighbours and friends— the cooking may even improve ! Do travel to the splendid show rooms of GBKI —. they are well worth a visit Ray Bromley
