Our design process is completely bespoke to your requirements, whether you’re renovating your kitchen or simply installing a new bookcase. Regardless of the project’s size, we’ll always ensure a smooth journey and a perfect outcome for you and your home.

Vince and Jack were extremely helpful during our multiple trips to the showroom to tweak our designs, helping us develop the plans and introduce some very bespoke solutions for our room layout.

The kitchen delivery was both on time and without anything missing or damaged and our fitter Bill, was first class. We are delighted with our finished kitchen and would like to thank Vince for his meticulous planning and co-ordination of all the tradesmen needed at our house, and Bill, for his extreme craftsmanship in the finished product.

Ideas and inspiration

When it comes to changing your home design, the first steps could be daunting, but we make them easy.

We start by having an initial conversation about your project, either at our showroom in Badgers Mount or at your home. Together we’ll discuss your initial ideas and your “dos and don’ts”.

We’ll then have a more detailed conversation about your preferred materials, door styles, colours, finishes, worktops and appliances.

This gives us an early impression of the direction the design should take. It’s our starting point to build on.

Initial plans

We take measurements on site (or use your architect’s plans if available) to get your design underway. It takes us around two weeks to complete the initial design. We will provide you with a detailed plan and 3D elevations, as well as a full, itemised quotation.

This provides us with a base to develop upon…

Design evolution

We can re-visit the design and make as many adjustments as you require to achieve your perfect plan: we offer a huge amount of flexibility. The most important part of the whole process is your involvement, working with us to take the design forward.

Measure twice, cut once

Once the design is agreed, we’ll reconfirm all the measurements on site, as well as triple checking any building work details (if we are carrying out this element of the project for you). Once we are confident everything is complete and accurate, we process your order.

If this is part of a larger building project or you have your own team to ‘prep’ the space, we’ll liaise with your builders and tradesmen throughout the work. We’ll produce a detailed service diagram for them, to ensure a faultless preparation of the space prior to our installation.

Installation

We then build and assemble the joinery in our workshop. We deliver the pieces and our team will carry out a full installation for you. A normal kitchen installation will take around two weeks.

Of course, things don’t always go to plan! We will address any snags or imperfections during the installation to ensure only the highest quality finish.

Beyond the project’s completion, we have an unsurpassed aftersales service and on-going support. We want you to be happy with your home now and for years to come.

Start your design journey

If you fancy coming in to discuss your home design ideas, or need some inspiration, please give us a call or pop in to see us. One of our experienced team of designers will be on hand to chat, answer any questions and show you around our truly outstanding showroom.

From the planning phase right through to completion and after-sales, the service remains first class. Planning was done at the showroom and on-site and the designer’s proactive insight was invaluable in making the most of space and coming up with a layout which focussed on convenience. The visual mock-ups from multiple angles gave us a clear idea of how things would look and allowed us to assess some of our choices with confidence.

The fitting was carried out to the customary high standard and within agreed timeframes and all aspects of redecoration where lighting etc. was moved was handled without fuss. To the extent there were any minor snags, these were immediately addressed and we are left with a perfect result.

After sales has continued to the same vein, even to the extent that a demonstration was arranged to acquaint us with the leaps forward in technology and increased functionality of the new appliances.
