Thinking of renewing your kitchen or perhaps a kitchen facelift?

26 - October 2017

How much does a kitchen facelift cost?

Well it is a lot cheaper than a complete re-fit. You can complete a Kitchen facelift for as little as £5000.00, so perfect if you are looking to complete the project on a tight budget and is an efficient, effective alternative to a complete overhaul.

If your kitchen is looking a bit tired or dated, a kitchen refurbishment with replacement cupboard doors and drawer fronts will give it a fresh new energized look. In this particular case, we completed a facelift of dated traditional kitchen by changing the doors and trims to complement the existing worktops; as well as some additional cabinetry, a cleaner, contemporary over mantle and a remodel of the existing dresser.

All it takes is a little bit of imagination, some inspiration, and some time to sit down and go through the options available to you...

The cabinet framework needs to be in good shape which is quite likely, especially if it is already one of ours? With the addition of some modern in-cupboard storage solutions with easy to use pull out mechanisms, you can completely revitalise the feel of your Kitchen; there are many options we can offer.

We can introduce some present-day style by adding some open shelving/displays which make open-plan schemes warm, friendly and inviting. Alternatively, tidy up an old traditional dresser with a sleek, clean modern upgrade. Trends and tastes change like the wind, don’t for one second think that you cannot also update and upgrade in an affordable manor...

More open plan living is becoming a normal way of life, with more and more families using the space to relax and socialise in, the kitchen is truly the heart of the modern home, so make the most of the space that is on offer to you. In one such case, we re-modelled an Island to incorporate a modern dining space; re-vitalising the space and completely changing the dynamics of the Kitchen. An island can be treated as a continuation of the classic kitchen design whilst also showing the development and opportunity that people have created in their kitchen space. Kitchen islands are versatile in both appearance and use; add some contrast against your main kitchen theme, introduce different colours or textures. Anything is possible.

A dated design can easily be refreshed and modernised by introducing an island, this will dramatically change the ergonomics and functionality of your kitchen. Alternatively you can also give your cabinetry a quick refresh with a few coats of paint and some new handles...
