Welcome to the first in a collection of short films entitled, the 'Miele Perfection Series'

Executive chefs, Sven-Hanson Britt and Douglas McMaster along with Martin Major have created unique recipes, using carefully sourced produce and our latest, high performing appliances.

An advocate of cooking in season produce, Sven is currently renovating his restaurant, Hardley Hill Farm and truly believes that provenance is fundamental to achieving exceptional taste.

An expert in British, seasonal ingredients and hand rearing livestock, Sven demonstrates in the 'Perfection Series' that the secret to well-cooked tender meat and flavoursome vegetables lies in the precision that our Gourmet Sous Chef warming drawer and steam combination ovens offer.

From exact temperature controls within one degree of accuracy, and with humidity levels constantly maintained, our ovens help to ensure that there is no loss of flavour, texture or freshness while cooking.
