The Miele vacuum sealing drawer is suitable for different sizes of bags and containers. The interior space is big enough for all sorts of food from small portions up to a maximum size of 250 x 350 mm and a height of up to 80 mm.
Open with a gentle touch
Without a handle, but with Push2Open mechanism, the vacuum drawer integrates perfectly into the design environment of Miele built-in appliances. The drawer can also be opened with pressure without using hands - an advantage when vacuum bags filled with food are transported, for example. Thanks to the spring-loaded front, the drawer springs open wide and can be easily loaded and operated.

This creates the ideal conditions for the longer storage of foodstuffs and also the perfect preparation for sous-vide cooking in the steam combination oven. A choice of three vacuuming settings is available to suit your needs. Setting 3 is ideal for marinated meat, whereas setting 1 is perfect for delicate foodstuffs such as berries.

Miele stainless steel appliances have a particularly high-quality CleanSteel surface finish. This surface is very easy to look after. Fingerprints are nearly invisible on CleanSteel.
